Yet more weight loss talk :)

Hello everyone :),

I know I am most likely annoying everyone with this, but I am still doing this diet, and I am happy to announce some days ago my weight was below 90 kilos and it stayed this way. And even though I hardly believe the weight the balance showed this morning (86.3 kilos) was right, I am still happy.

I wanted to write more about the diet, without advertising it.

- There are many different types of meals. For example, if you eat several pieces of the same fruit (up to approximately five when they have a certain size ...), you have to do two hours of a pause afterwards. If you eat various types of fruits at once, or if you eat something like yoghurt (PURE!) or drink milk (PURE!), there are two hours pause afterwards. Then there are alkaline meals (I think they have a pause of two hours afterwards, too, but I am not sure here), and concentrated (?) meals (three hours pause afterwards). And there are soups; some of them having only one pause afterwards. :)

- Besides the pauses, there are some things one has to notice. For example, when you want to eat bread with cheese, you have to pay attention that the cheese has at least 50% fat. If you want to eat carbs with mayonnaise, the mayonnaise has to have at least 80% fat. And the beat goes on. Funny though, it really works. ^^

- There is one absolutely fat-free day every week. It is called "Entlastungstag" in German, so ... "Relief day"?

- Ah yes, and with some meals, you have to eat some salad along with it. For example concentrated meals, but I think you also have to do so with alkaline meals. You also have to eat salad along with potato salad :). Because this counts as a concentrated meal as far as I know.

- There are many recipes for sweet stuff in the various books and thin booklets we have of this diet, but you have to plan those sweet meals very well :).

- Last but not least, if you drink tea or water, you can drink as much as you like from it (I think the only exception is black tea). Since I love tea, this is really a great thing ^o^ ... And I sometimes drink orange juice mixed with water, too. But not too much; I remember gaining weight from orange juice as it is :(. I actually wonder why, since it didn*t have any sugar added - it was 100% orange juice and nothing else. Probably it is the concentration? O__O

Okay. That*s all I can think of right now. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS, please don*t hesitate to ask :).

((On another note : I will try to work on more interpretations for the Arabic parts. I just found a book on this subject, but haven*t been able to buy it until now :( ... I hope I will be able to do so soon!!))
