Hello dear readers~!! :)
Okay, so I want to start with my diet again, and I also want to do some sports along the way. This morning I used the balance again (92.3 kilos). I don*t really care about the fact that this seems pretty high; I used to weigh 99.1 kilos, so ... This is okay ^^.
Today*s meals will be mainly FRUITS and (potato?) soup. I know, however, that during the first week, one loses a lot of weight. It is not a diet that only consists of these two things, though ... It is the same diet I have done several times, too ... One that I was very successful with, actually ... It was just my own will power that I lost.
Ah well. This time it will work out~ :D!
And, speaking of work out, I want to do more sports!! Dancing, aerobics, taking long walks, abusing the playground ... Besides that, I still have those theraband stretch bands :). Yay~!
